pen-nibAnnotator

This feature allows users to annotate any protein format directly from its amino acid sequence. After selecting a protein format from the available options, users can upload one or more amino acid sequences in .FASTA format and define the target specificity.

Please note: Target associations are fully user-defined and are not validated by BioGlyph.

Next, Upload Sequences – When you upload or import any protein sequence(s) into the BioGlyph database, a validation process is performed to ensure the integrity of the sequences.

In the example above, all uploaded mAb sequences were submitted for validation (see Variant Analyzer for details). Out of 10 sequences, only 6 successfully passed validation. Importing – Once validated, sequences are stored in the BioGlyph database and become immediately available for scientific use. The Annotator then displays four structured tables: Molecules, Building Blocks, Fvs, and Components.

You can also add images simply by copying and pasting them directly into the editor — and GitBook will automatically add it to your file manager.
