Format Design in the dPad

A BioGlyph workflow starts off with designing formats in the Design Pad. Drag, drop and connect building blocks to create any format while registering all creations asynchronously.

Sequence Validation

Upload Sequences – When you upload or import any protein sequence(s) into the BioGlyph database, a validation process is performed to ensure the integrity of the sequences.

Sync a repository

GitBook also allows you to set up a bi-directional sync with an existing repository on GitHub or GitLab. Setting up Git Sync allows you and your team to write content in GitBook or in code, and never have to worry about your content becoming out of sync.
