Sequence Validation
Upload Sequences – When you upload or import any protein sequence(s) into the BioGlyph database, a validation process is performed to ensure the integrity of the sequences.
Building Block Selection
User can import or upload amino acid (aa) Fv sequences and assemble selected Building Blocks
Panel Generation
Have full control over selecting each Building Block within the same type to associate with each format
Production and Lead Selection
Scientists can utilize high-resolution 2D format representations to map amino acids at various levels, from full-length amino acid chains down to single residues
