Search by Structure

This tool allows users to search for substructures within molecules or formats of interest across all proteins registered in BioGlyph. The query results return the corresponding molecule formats, each linked to a unique ID (with the exception of format BG IDs, which may be shared across entries). Without the Search Pad (sPad), performing this type of search would be nearly impossible.

Results can be refined through multiple filters, and users also have the option to run direct searches by BG ID for fast and targeted access.
