Workflows

BioGlyph users interact with the software through a structured, three-tiered framework: Project → Request → Task. This hierarchy ensures that biologics workflows are organized, traceable, and scalable

Projects

Create Project

This is a key initial step where the user defines the biological target(s) and assigns it a specific color. This color association is important, as BioGlyph uses both color and shape to visually represent different molecule formats throughout the workflow.

Targets are color coded for each project. Color is used to show which Building Block binds which target and will persist aross the entire Project.

Project Control Page

Provides users with a high-level overview of project status, key milestones, and associated deliverables—enabling efficient tracking and management throughout the project lifecycle.

Requests

Project Requests Page

Allows users to design custom workflows by selecting and combining one or more tasks tailored to their specific project needs.

Create Request

In this page, users are able to access a text box to describe the request goals. In addition, a workflow builder and a task library is also provided.

Tasks

From the Task Library, the user can easily drag & drop selected tasks into stages, which represent workflow steps. This setup allows users to run multiple tasks in parallel while supporting controlled handoffs between stages.

REQ001 – the request creation is completed.

Start Task

Under status, select start tast to change the status to "ongoing" and enter into the task by clicking the task.
