Decision Matrix

A smart table that enables scientists to evaluate entities such as molecules, building blocks, and Fvs. It is automatically populated with all entities from the Request Page and can be refined using advanced sorting tools. Both in silico and experimental data points are displayed: while most in silico data are already stored in the BioGlyph database, experimental data can also be uploaded

The Decision Matrix page is organized into four tables: Sequence, Structure, Experimental, and Decision Matrix. Selected data points from the first three tables are consolidated into the Decision Matrix, allowing users to tailor analyses to the specific needs of each project.

Target Profiles - The tool also includes a Target Profile feature, allowing users to define desired ranges for key properties (e.g., Yield, Tm, Tagg) and visualize them with an intuitive color-coded system.
